Top Cheddar · Effective October 10, 2026
Top Cheddar is an 8-bit lacrosse game for iPhone and the web, made by HRD Pixels LLC ("we", "us"). You can play Quick Game, Career and Shootout without an account, and in that case we collect nothing: your settings, saves and play stats stay on your device. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking.
Online features (cloud save, the weekly leaderboard, online shootouts, Sixes PvP and player cards) need Sign in with Apple. When you sign in we store:
The first account you sign in with on a device also gets the play stats recorded on that device before you signed in.
We use this to run the game's online features: signing you in, syncing your save, ranking leaderboards, matching opponents, checking that submitted games are real and showing you your own stats. We also use it across our other products, as described below. We do not sell or rent your data, share it with advertisers or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
HRD Pixels LLC makes other games and apps, including LaxLeague. The information described in this policy, including your account, profile, game data and play statistics, may be shared with and used by HRD Pixels LLC products and services. For example, we may link your Top Cheddar profile to a LaxLeague account, show your player cards and stats there, or carry your progress between our products. Data used in another HRD Pixels product is covered by this policy and by that product's own privacy policy. We share it only within HRD Pixels LLC and with the service providers listed below, never with advertisers or data brokers.
We use these providers, and they handle the data only to provide their service to us:
On the website only (not the iPhone app), we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
We keep your account data until you delete it. To delete it, tap your name in the top-right corner of the title screen (or SETTINGS, then ACCOUNT), then DELETE ACCOUNT. This removes your profile, cloud save, scores, ratings, matches, cards and your sign-in account. If you linked Top Cheddar to another HRD Pixels product, ask us and we will delete the data that product received too. You can also email support@hrdpixels.com and we will delete it for you. Saves on your device stay there until you delete the app.
Top Cheddar is made for players of all ages, and you never need an account to play. Online features need an Apple Account, and for children Apple's own family controls apply. We don't knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without a parent's consent. If you think a child has signed in without your consent, email us and we will delete the account.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Email support@hrdpixels.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
